Delivery Policy

We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 4-5 working days but on rare occasions some items maybe out of stock. We will always inform you of anticipated dispatch dates if any delays do occur, however since we do carry stock, in the majority of cases we will ship the order within 24 hours.

We ship worldwide via registered first class delivery. Royal Mail is used within the UK. Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order.

Royal Mail delivery services requires a signature on delivery.

Delivery in the UK is FREE for orders over £50.00, and is charged at £2.49 + VAT for all orders under £50.00. This excludes delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland. Please call 01482 65 50 69 or email enquiries@switch2leds.co.uk for a price to these locations details. For non UK and EU countries a standard charge of £13.95 applies.

You will receive an email VAT receipt when you complete the purchase process.

Your package is sent in an unmarked envelope and is adequately protected to ensure safe transit.
